ENVOY Solicitors is a trading name of Ambessedors Limited, established in 2018 with the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide legal services to our immediate communities in the United Kingdom and international clients. The firm commenced trading in 2019 and has grown to be a major High Street Solicitors practice in south East London.
We have been able to remain resolute with our service delivery during COVID19 lockdown restrictions and have always remain focused in our vision to providing standard services to all our clients and the community.
We have continued to expand as business in line with the wishes and support of our numerous clients and we are proud to work locally, nationally and internationally.

We are proud to say that our family practice area and team is headed by Mr Azubuike Amadi. Mr Amadi is family specialist with over 8 years’ experience who also work as a family consultant with most other firms.
Mr Amadi years of practice spans in most areas of Public and Private Law covering Section 8 Orders (Child Arrangement Orders), Matrimonial and Financial Settlement. Adoption and Abductions cases with international jurisdiction.
He also provides advice in complex domestic abuse and divorce cases where meditation is not possible.
In legal terms, the only ground for a divorce on the basis of, ‘irreconcilable breakdown of marriage’ can be based on either adultery, unreasonable behaviour, dissertation for more than 2 years, 2 years separation with the other party’s consent or 5 years separation. Unless basing the petition on 2 years separation you do not require the other party’s agreement. Usually, the divorce process takes 3 to 6 months

A partner in the firm with over 10 years’ experience in most aspect of immigration work ranging from Asylum, visa extension as well as appeal of HO decisions, Administrative and Judicial Review. Mr Ogba also covers EEA applications, Business visas, student vias and settlement.
